DANIEL COKER

Daniel's life took a significant turn when he married at 22 in 2013, coinciding with the arrival of his daughter, Skylar. These experiences have deeply influenced who he is today. Daniel's work experience began at McDonald's, where he learned invaluable lessons in customer service, humility, and hard work. Every role—from flipping burgers to maintenance—contributed to his growth. Transitioning to Rooms To Go Warehouse in 2016 marked a pivotal moment. Diligently dedicating himself to the job eventually earned him a promotion to assistant manager. It was here that his passion for leadership blossomed—he enjoyed guiding his team, offering financial advice, and nurturing their growth. Yet, his journey took a new direction when he discovered his passion for real estate. Inspired by the profound happiness of owning his first home, I decided to pursue a career where he could help others achieve their dreams of homeownership. His career change isn't just about transactions; it's about empowering people, sharing knowledge, and guiding them towards a brighter future.
